Feeling overwhelmed by conservative treatment. What actually works?

Feeling overwhelmed by conservative treatment. What actually works?

I’m a 35-year-old woman. I’ve lost around 25 kg with Mounjaro (I’m still taking it, just not every week). After losing the weight, I realized my legs looked very different from the rest of my body, and I was eventually diagnosed with stage 1 lipedema.
I’m trying to be consistent with conservative treatment, but after researching, I feel completely overwhelmed. There are so many recommendations that I honestly don’t know what actually makes the biggest difference.
From this list, what would you consider the absolute essentials that are worth sticking to?

-Anti-inflammatory diet
-MLD (manual lymphatic drainage) massage
-Compression socks/stockings
-Vibration plate
-Rebounding
-Manual massage tools (wooden tools, dry brushing, compression boots, etc.)
-Supplements (Omega-3, Lipera, dandelion, peppermint, etc.)
-Leg/calf raises
-Swimming or other aquatic exercise

If you’ve had success with conservative treatment, which of these actually made a noticeable difference? I don’t think it’s realistic to do everything, so I’d love to know what you consider the non-negotiables.

Also, if there’s anything important that isn’t on my list, please let me know!

Does anyone else think Buck is basically a teenager?

Am I the only one who feels like Buck still acts like a 15-year-old?

He’s way too emotional, impulsive, and always reacts before thinking. After few seasons, it feels like he hasn’t matured at all, and it’s honestly starting to get annoying.

Anyone else feel the same?

My Season 2 Hot Takes

1- Baran made a mistake telling Robby about her condition. Of course he will report her.

2- Robby was right about Mohan’s poor performance. She was so consumed by that diabetic father and his medical bills that she missed that English teacher X ray, which ultimately led to his death in the OR.

3- I feel like they pushed political agendas a little too hard this season. It was much more obvious than in S1, where it felt more natural.

4- McKay was wrong by leaving a critically ill patient to walk outside the hospital and treat a homeless woman whose condition wasn’t urgent.

5- Javadi’s storyline is starting to feel kind of “meh”.

6- Whitaker snapping at Langdon was so cringe. It made zero sense coming from someone who’d been putting up with Santos since day one.

7- We need more scenes of Princess and Perlah in S3.

8- And definitely a lot more of Dr. Abbott lol.

9- Dana is always the star of the pitt.

The Santos Hype

I’ve watched Seasons 1 and 2 twice, and I still don’t get why so many people, especially on TikTok, see Santos as a badass, confident woman.

To me, she doesn’t know her boundaries with her superiors, she’s rude to her colleagues, and her issue with Langdon has always felt personal rather than about doing the right thing.

Am I the only one?

Random Observation

I’m on S5E17 right now, and I swear I’ve noticed a pattern.
Every time there’s a psychopath, serial killer, or just some completely unhinged villain, they’re always white.
I’m not white myself, so this isn’t some representation complaint or anything. I just think it’s funny how the show seems to play it super safe when it comes to making people of color the bad guy.

Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me?
