What is happeing with the I485 decisions at Columbus Field Office? I responded to my RFE which was a simple birth certificate format not adhered to USCIS standards. I responded on July 10. My priority date of March 2024 has been current for a long time now and yet there has been no decision yet. I have seen many reddit posts lately of people getting decisions as sson as in 2-3 months of either nonRFE submission or RFE submission.
Is columbus field office this slow for other people as well?

Well, I was issued an RFE after the interview today. The RFE was issued asking me to present a more authentic birth certificate. When I had applied, I had presented affidavits plus a local government letter stating that I was born on this and that time which the interviewer did not give any weights.

Questions asked:
When was I born?
Where was I born?
Crime related questions
How much did I pay for the medical?
Was I ever been tied to any kind of organizations?
How long have I been in research?
How did I get together with my wife?
How long have I stayed at my current address?

Can we request a copy of the applied I485 form and the supporting documents attested with the form, like birth affidavits and so on? If yes, how do you do it and how long does it take to get a copy?

Me (primary) an my dependent got interview scheduled for the same day same time, so joint interview. Earlier I got my EB2 NIW approved and then self filed the I485 for me and my dependent. I can’t imagine neither find anything wrong or mismatched on our I485 application. Neither my proposed endeavor has changed, nor have I ever violated visa status. No gaps at all. Continuing similar work as promised in the endeavor.

I would greatly appreciate to hear from people who had interview scheduled for EB2-NIW-I485 on what questions were asked and what happened. How long after the interview were the decision rendered and so on?
