Hi all. Sorry if this is a silly question.

Basically the title.

We all use mac.

I was hoping the coloured "tags" mac lets you apply to an excel file would show for all all users but it does not. I could then mark our excel quote copies: green if won, red if lost, orange if pending. Nice easy way for our sales guys to know what needs to be followed up.

Is the easiest way to just add your own tag to the file name? eg. [X]_filename or something.

My accounts manager is sitting next to me. We both have macbook pros. I have a folder that has hundreds of sub folders containing excel spreadsheets which are constantly being updated by me.

How to I share that folder and all the changes I'm constantly making onto my accounts macbook?

Essentially I just want the exact same folder on her desktop and have it update with anything I change and add, so that she can monitor and update her side of things accordingly.
