Mackie MC 100 versus Sony MDR ZX 110 for comfort?

Budget: $50 (ik its bad, but im willing to sacrifice audio quality for confort)

Need wired and closed back. The Mackie MC 100 and Sony ZX 110 seemed like nice contenders but idk what the comfort level is like. I hear good things about the zx110 comfort though.

Will be using in college dorms and public spaces for everything basically, music games watching stuff and learning how to dj. This will be my only pair of headphones. I want something super comfortable for long periods of listening as this is also my first ever pair of on or over ears, so idk if I would be sensitive to the clamp or not. I was drooling over koss until I realized it's open back so it won't work for college dorms, college library, etc. Willing to buy pads for like $10-20.

How is the sound leakage on kph40's? I share a bedroom.

The room is usually quiet so I was wondering if the sound leakage on kph40's would be noticeable to another person in the room a few feet away. I'm also going to college very soon where I'll likely be in a super cramped triple dorm (housing is cooked, side topic). Also, would they be able to tell the music I'm playing or just hear an indistinguishable murmur, kind of like airpods left playing on a table? Will probably buy yaxis too

How much could I expect to earn by selling a used flx4?

I am just entering DJing and not 100% sure i'll commit, although I really want to try out some nice hardware. If I buy a flx4 new then later decide to sell it, how much could I expect to make back? Where should I sell it? Is it relatively easy or difficult to get offers?

My student is taking a summer geometry course and a geometry placement test. I was banking on the summer course being sufficient, but realized way too late that the summer course covers maybe 20-30% of what could be on the test. I fucked up. How would you suggest I teach basically all of geometry in two months to a busy 8th grader? I was planning to have him read and do questions from 1-2 textbook sections a day, but I don't know if he has the time for that even over the summer. I also will be seeing him intermittently with my traveling this summer.
