Worse when it's hot?

I've had plantar fasciitis in my left foot for months but only recently diagnosed, and have been worked really hard at physiotherapy without seeing much gain yet. We're in the middle of a horrible heatwave in the UK, and I've noticed my foot has been so much more painful the last few days. I can barely do the physio exercises as it's instantly painful, rather than usually being able to do several reps before it starts to hurt. It has me wondering if the heat is making it worse. Does anyone else find it much worse when the weather (and the body) are way too hot?

Feel so much worse after stopping progesterone

I'm 45 and I just started HRT about 5 weeks ago (2 pumps of gel and cycling 200mg progesterone). The last couple of weeks I've been taking the Progesterone and have been feeling great. More energy, joint pain really improved etc, noticeably better than when just using the oestrogen. I stopped the progesterone on the 26th, period came right on schedule, and have been ok until today when I feel like I'm back to square one. Tired, achy legs all night so slept badly, headache etc. I've been looking through the sub and have seen people post similar, that they feel worse when off the progesterone and have switched to taking it continuously. I'm just wondering whether this is something that might level off once I've been taking HRT a bit longer, or should I be talking to my doctor about switching to continuous (or possibly am I just having a bad day and jumping the gun with making changes).

The only way to get a chihuahua out to pee in a thunderstorm

He'd refused to go out and pee for 6 hours at this point. He looked so appreciative when I made him a little shelter

First attempt

I've been taking a beginners quilting class recently and really wanted to make an actual, start to finish quilt. Used lots of scraps, and repurposed some old bedding, along with a couple of amazing, glow in the dark dinosaur fat quarters. It's not even close to perfect but I decided I wasn't going to let perfectionism ruin getting on and actually making a useable thing.
