IVF / Lap

hi there, I did an egg retrieval yesterday and got 13 eggs, only 6 mature. My follicles were growing very unevenly the whole time.

out of those 6 only 2 fertilized. they mentioned my eggs looked weak too so they will keep their eye on how those 2 progress.

I have endo and wanted to do the surgery June 22 but now my doctor is saying maybe we do another round of egg retrieval.

im worried about how poor my egg quality was and wondering if endo has anything to do with it?

Ive had 2 miscarriages and a CP from spontaneous pregnancies - I genuinely feel like im at the end of a road.

has anyone faced this and had success? I literally am speechless I am so beyond depressed

Need some advice - 3 losses, endo, and due date tomorrow

hi all. needing some advice after extensive and exhausting research 😭

the due date of my most recent pregnancy is tomorrow which has me sooo in my feels.

I had 2 miscarriages, and 1 CP in 8 months. been on a break from trying since February to try and figure things out. I did a lot of testing after the second miscarriage.

after the third loss I did EMMA/ALICE & BCL6 biopsy. was positive for all of them!

I’ve cleared ureaplasma infection, and take a vaginal probiotic to get my microbiome more supportive.

as for the BCL6 - I’m mid egg retrieval (that will prob be Monday) which has been a journey. my original plan was to do Lupron suppression for 2 months and then a FET transfer.

then I was leaning towards lap surgery and got scheduled for June 25.

NOW I’m wondering if fuck it… can I just get pregnant naturally lol? I am just so over this and I’m not trying to speed up the process, but I’m just sick of feeling like a hospital patient all the time.

anyone have success with endo have a successful pregnancy after losses? specifically without any suppression or surgery?

thanks so much - sorry for the long message

Day 6 IVF stims

hi all, needing some help here. I had 3 pregnancy losses from natural conception (all in 8 months), and decided to move to IVF.

i was worried as my AMH is 1.4, AFC is 12, but im 30 yo.

I started IVF and am on day 6 of stims , it’s been such a rollercoaster.

today on day 6 I have 6 mature follicles, and 4 that look super small.

im so worried all of this will be for nothing - my nurse seemed concerned but the doctor kept me going on the same medical protocol.

has anyone experienced this and has success? Just feeling devastated especially with Mother’s Day

Hi all, advice needed please! ❤️

Long story short: I am 30, had 3 miscarriages in the last 8 months (2 MMC, 1 CP), have an AMH of 1.4, and AFC of about 10-14.

My husband and I decided to do IVF to PGT-A test the embryos, and do 2 months of Lupron Suppression due to suspected endo (BCL6 positive).

I've met with SCCRM (Dr Royster) and CCRM (Dr Dilday). I really like both but I looked at SART results and am so confused.

Has anyone had success with either? any feedback? I am so torn and stressed!

Starting stims next week so need to decide ASAP, ugh
