Just asking for advice

I’m 36 F and my husband is 33. We have a 14 months old we conceived at 4th cycle. I’m breastfeeding still and have a C-section from his delivery. Today is 12 dpo of our 5th cycle. He’s in military and gets deployed for six months and we have couple cycles left to try before he leaves. I also have one ovary so I’m little concerned. My AMH were normal when I tested 2 years ago.

I tried mucinex this time. I’m ovulating and I get a peak. I’m just not sure what more I can do? I’m taking coq10. Maybe I should up it. I do drink a lot especially during TWW one day on a weekend out of stress.

Is it c section scar that’s hindering

Is this wondfo’s indent or a positive test? After 8 minutes it was stark white. 12 DPO 26CD

This is wondfo’s early response test. This morning’s first pee had a negative test and now at 9:00am there’s a little color. I can wait and watch too. CD26, 12DPO. Had implantation cramping 9DPO at night but I’m also tracking too much. I have also read wondfo gives false positives. After 8-10 minutes the test went white and only control line remained
