I passed the barely passed the chemistry regents (lucky me I got a 66 somehow), and I lowkey wanted a better score so I signed up for a retake this August (which is tomorrow).

However now that I think of it, if I were to take it again I feel like I’d fail. So now I regret signing up and want to opt out. My counselors take a million years to respond back to me, and im waiting for a response as of now.

If I don’t attend the regents what will happen? Will it stay on my transcript as a 0 or something? That’s the only thing I’m worried about.

I’ve applied to SYEP, but sadly I don’t think I’ll be picked from the lottery as time is approaching.

Does anyone know any good summer programs or jobs I could find? I understand It’s may, and it’s a bit late for findings now, but there’s maybe a few out there. The thing is, I’m only available during the afternoon due to my schedule on the morning. (Maybe after 1pm)

I’m 14 (turning 15 in July), and I live in Queens.
