Just checking to see if anyone has recommendation of plumber/HVAC who can do rough in for toilet and move a washer and gas dryer and rejig the gas line and venting for the dryer. The trick would be the washer and dryer need to be stacked so two people need to be there for that part.
When a real estate agent claims premium service so commission no discount and says you get what you pay for. Wha tis premium service compared to what any real estate agent has to do. I ask because over the years it seems I always find the listing and tell them I need to see it as I could sense would go fast and got it but if I led that to once agent it would. It have happened. And if I ask a question about a listing shouldn't they call and find out not I ask why a bout something shouldn't they just know or say they will find out or if I see a few places shouldn't they call and follow up why do I have to chase them and chase after info?
