Is a fully remote job eligible under OINP if the employer has a physical office in Toronto?
Hi everyone,
I'm trying to understand how OINP treats fully remote employment.
My situation is:
- I work full-time for an Ontario employer.
- The company has a legitimate physical office and business address in Toronto.
- My employment is permanent and based in Ontario.
- However, I work 100% remotely from my home in Ontario and don't go to the office.
Has anyone been approved under OINP with a similar setup?
