No Reservation Requests in Seattle despite Diamond Status and 4.97 Rating. Is my account glitched? (Screenshots Attached)

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some insight or advice because I’m at my wit's end with the Uber algorithm in the Seattle market.

For over 6 months, I’ve been driving consistently in Seattle, often pulling 12-hour shifts daily. My stats are nearly perfect, yet I have never received a single reservation request. Not even one. Meanwhile, I have friends with Silver status and lower ratings who get them daily.

My Stats & Setup (See Screenshots):

• Status: Diamond Level

• Rating: 4.97

• Acceptance Rate: 94%

• Cancellation Rate: 0%

• Driving Insights: 91

• Eligible Categories: Uber X and Uber Comfort

• Vehicle: BMW 5 Series (Clean, well-maintained, and frequently complimented by riders)

What I’ve tried so far:

Switching Shifts: I’ve experimented with every possible timeframe. Some weeks I start at 4:00 AM, other weeks I stay online until 3:00 AM. As you can see in my second screenshot, the "Discover" tab always says "New opportunities are coming," but the list is always empty.

Support (Third Screenshot): I’ve contacted them multiple times. They confirm there are "no issues" with my ability to receive trips, then immediately contradict themselves by suggesting I "troubleshoot my connection." It's the same scripted loop every time.

The "Trigger" Theory: A friend suggested completing a reservation in a remote area to "kickstart" the system. I drove out to Bremerton and worked there for a while, but still, nothing showed up.

The Proximity Test: I had a friend try to book a reservation while I was parked right in front of his house. I was online and available.

Attempt 1: The app kept him waiting for 30 minutes, then assigned the ride to someone 8 miles away.

Attempt 2: We tried again late at night when I was the only car in the area. This time, it assigned a driver from 11 miles away.

It clearly isn’t a matter of luck or being "out of position." It feels like my account is somehow excluded from the reservation pool entirely, even though I'm Diamond and driving a BMW.

Has anyone experienced this? Is there a specific setting I'm missing? Any advice on how to get someone at Uber to actually look into the technical side of my account instead of giving me scripted answers?
