Got tired of pulling up a page to see next WB and other events, so I added a module to my mini smart mirror next to my desk :)
Got tired of pulling up a page and wanted something that I could just glance at as needed!

A buddy of mine picked this machine up at a garage sale and gave it to me, it came with a rotary setup and a few other things, but was missing the power adapter, the cone for the air assist on the laser head and some misc cables like the "normal" cable pictured.
So after watching a handful of videos on both youtube and Ortur's site I purchased what I assumed I needed to run this device that being the OUC2.0 module since the LU2-10A laser "required" it's own power supply, and a power supply for the device.
After receiving the power supply and then realizing I don't have the normal cable needed to bridge the OUC board to the machine I attempted a few test burns and it worked without it.
Then I was browing their website and found https://ortur.net/products/laser-master-2-pro?variant=43253374157033 Same machine, same laser I have and according to the parts list... no OUC2 and no separate power supplies for the machine and the laser.
I guess my biggest questions are:
I appreciate it, been 3D printing for years and this seems like the next logical step in my hobby craft!
So I set up the printer last night to run an 11 hour job over night, I got a notification this morning that the AMS had run out of filament. I thought that was odd since I just opened the roll yesterday and it's not that big of a project.
I looked and it was all there but the roll in #3 was empty. I looked at the settings and in the prepare which you can see in the top picture the only one changed is #1, the rest are defaults and even the plate settings are for #1. (currently in the AMS 1,2,3 were White, Black, Transparent PETG and Slot #4 was a red PLA+)
I added another roll of white to #3 and told it to continue, but I was wondering if anyone had ever seen this before where it will just choose something other than what it was programmed to do.
I've got less than 300 hours total print time on the X1C and this is the first time something like this has happened.
