Hi. I recently had 2014 EZGO RXV upgraded to lithium and have been trying to fix a bunch of small things since then. The existing ignition switch wasn't locking the key in place when driving, allowing the key to fall out so I bought one off amazon to swap, since it looked pretty easy to do. I forgot to put my cart in tow mode when I pulled the dash, which unplugged the state of charge meter and then swapped the ignition out. I did blow the 10 amp fuse, which I replaced. The other 3 fuses looked fine. I put the old ignition switch back in and it blares the reverse sound, however it won't move and the head lights, blinker and brakes are no longer working. Battery charges and state of charge meter work. Hopefully I didn't screw up anything too bad!! Any ideas before I call in someone who knows what they are doing? Thanks!

Can you guys help steer me in the right direction?

Current state:

2014 Ez-GO RXV. Bought 10+ years ago from a dealer down the street (www.gowithgarretts.com). been a solid cart, with only a few issues. No lift, upgraded the rims and tires. It just came to the end of life on my second set of trojan acid batteries, after a 4.5 years.

Options with current cart:

• Garrett's quoted me 3k +tax to install lithium battery into existing cart w/ 8 year warranty
• Have a local guy who says he can do a MODZ 51v 105ah SLIM Lithium install for 2k, however I have to get the cart to him, which will be pain since I don't have a trailer. Plus I would have to deal with warranty issues with the battery

Garrett (local dealer) also quoted me 2 refurb builds, including 1500 trade in for my current one (including picking up dead one) for $6800 OTD. They charge 1k for LSV conversion.

• 2018 Ez-GO RXV converted to LSV with NEW samsung battery 8 year warranty
• 2023 Ez-GO RXV converted to LSV with original lithum and 4 year battery warranty

I know these can be had cheaper off FB marketplace, however this dealer is less than a mile from my house, I have worked with them before and they have been around 20+ years. Thoughts?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
