Hey gang, I have a 2022 Hyundai Tucson where the transmission went. Need a replacement. Any shops in KOP I should be thinking about?

Gear shifter liklely disconnected. What are my next steps?
Hey everyone,
I haven't had a chance to crawl underneath and take a look yet, but I'm hoping to do that this afternoon.
As you can see in the video, it looks like the gear shifter may have become disconnected from the transmission. Does that seem right?
What should I be looking for underneath, and what would you recommend as my next steps? Any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
