Please be careful when dealing with this individual. He may appear friendly, trustworthy, and sincere at first. He knows how to use sweet words, convincing stories, and false promises to gain people’s trust. He often makes it seem like he genuinely wants to help or that an opportunity is guaranteed. Everything sounds urgent, easy, and risk-free. He may claim that his bank account cannot process withdrawals, the ATM machines in Zambales have no electricity, GCash is unavailable, the banking system is down, his funds are on hold, or that he just needs a little more time. The stories may change from day to day, but the result is often the same you are left waiting while your money never arrives.
