Is this Samsung 25W charger genuine?

I’m planning to buy this Samsung 25W charger from Swiggy Instamart for ₹749. Samsung’s website shows a similar charger for around ₹2,000.
The listing says it’s original and the charger has Samsung branding, BIS markings, serial number and QR code.
Does this look genuine? Is ₹749 a normal price, or should I be concerned?
I’m planning to use it with my iPhone 17.

Need help choosing a charger for iPhone 17

Hey Internet,
I’m buying a charger for my new iPhone 17 and I’m stuck between these two options:

Option 1
Apple 20W USB-C Power Adapter
Zebronics USB-C to USB-C PD cable(already using- the OG cable is lost)

Option 2
Anker Nano 45W (Black)
USB-C to USB-C cable included
The Anker setup is around the same price as the Apple adapter + third-party cable,

I was this close to buy the anker one , but had to ask

so I’m wondering which is the better buy.

EDIT : the anker india website is fake- DO NOT BUY IT FROM THERE

Best 4-day gym split with football twice a week?

I’m **75 kg, 168 cm**, and my goal is to build muscle and improve my physique. I play football **every Monday and Thursday**, take **5 g creatine daily**, and I’m trying to consistently hit my **protein goal**. I can’t afford a personal trainer.
ChatG PT suggested this split:
Monday – Football
Tuesday – Push (Chest + Shoulders + Triceps)
Wednesday – Pull (Back + Biceps)
Thursday – Football
Friday – Upper Body
Saturday – Legs + Core
Sunday – Rest
Is this a solid plan, or would you recommend a better split for muscle growth, recovery, and balancing football?

Need help choosing the best 4-day gym split while playing football twice a week (no personal trainer)

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for advice on the best gym workout plan. I won’t be hiring a personal trainer because it’s too expensive, so I’m trying to build a good routine myself.
About me:
Male
168 cm
75 kg
Goal: Build muscle, improve aesthetics (bigger chest, shoulders, arms), lose some fat, and stay athletic.
Beginner/intermediate lifter.
I take creatine and aim to eat enough protein.
I also play football twice a week:
Monday: Football
Thursday: Football
ChatGPT suggested this weekly split:
Monday – Football
Tuesday – Push (Chest + Shoulders + Triceps)
Wednesday – Pull (Back + Biceps)
Thursday – Football
Friday – Upper Body (Balanced)
Saturday – Legs + Core
Sunday – Rest
My questions are:
Is this a good split for muscle growth while playing football twice a week?
Would you change anything?
Is there a better 4-day workout plan that gives enough recovery but still maximizes hypertrophy?
Any advice on exercise selection or weekly volume?
