Whenever i tell other people from our community that i eat chicken or egg they criticize me like true jaat don't eat that shit etc. etc. aur ghinone nazro se dekhenge. My reply to them is simple that I'm not a pandit and will eat whatever i like !!

I'm currently able to do 10 clean reps in first set but it have been same since past 2 weeks . Also in
2nd set - 8 reps
3rd set - 6 reps
My current target is to achieve 15 reps so how can I do it
I order oppo enco buds 3 pro at rs 949 from oppo store and the delivery partner was Blue dart .
The order arrived in my city on 20 june and was out on delivery so i waited for whole day to get the order and the driver called me at 8 pm 🫠( i live in tier 3 city and parcel are delivered here at max to max by evening 4 pm ) . I recieved the call but he ended the call in 2 sec and didn't even bother to call me next time.
On the next day they didn't even called me and today there is no update now what to do.
Also we cannot call the delivery agent 🤓..
my father (50M) was diagnosed with decompensated cirhosis ( alcoholic) in aug 2026 from then he has been sober and his reports was constantly improving with his weight being increased by 8 kgs ( health weight) . Until april where he faced hepatic encephalopathy , he was admitted to hospital and recovered and was improving day by day until 2 days ago when he faced another episode of HE But this time we caught it on earlier so he was in his senses this time .. so what can we do to ensure he doesn't face this issue again and is there anyone who recovered from this state Without any transplant.
Note He didn't have any other complications like asictes or bleeding etc.
