I have a problem with mangopay, on aegpresent site.
I want to sell a concert ticket on AEG Presents using Mangopay.
It asks for authentication via my email, my passcode, and a code received by SMS. It says everything is fine, but then it just restarts the whole process—email, passcode, SMS!
I’ve sent several emails to support, but their replies are completely wide of the mark.
Im alone?

I try to resale ticket, when the website asks me to prove my identity, on the Mangopay site, it does NOTHING! It asks for my email, my PIN, my phone number, and the code I received by SMS. And it starts all over again with email, PIN, phone number, code, etc.
Why?
