Currently I am at a marketing agency where I focus on SEM, SEO & paid ads, I have been at this company for 2 years and have 1 year at a previous company as a Client Support Specialist dealing with onboarding and Jira tickets.

Along with this experience I have a 2 year community college degree in Marketing & Communications.

Part of me thinks I would enjoy doing something like UX design, but then I also feel like it is too late. I can't really go back to school and reading posts from other subreddits makes boot-camping and/or being self taught a fool's errand.

If anyone in either the digital marketing / UX & UI space has any advice for someone a little lost on where to go, it would be appreciated.

I am about to hit 2 years at an agency where I focus mostly on Google Ads. I have also ran some Amazon ads for a client but nothing to the degree of Google.

The part that I struggle with is that within these two years I haven't really felt my skills improve or have learned much from the work I am doing. It is all very rudimentary feeling, we don't test much, everything kind of just goes on day in and day out, there isn't much being taught from my manager or VP, the budgets for the most part are small.

I am looking for new jobs but I don't feel like the knowledge/time spent ratio is off. I feel like there is so much more to Google ads that would make the career more interesting and beneficial to my growth that I just haven't been exposed to at my current job.

Has anyone here had an experience similar? or have advice on where I could go from here?

So I have a Bridge Cast One with a RODE PODMIC, never really messed with EQ too much with this, previously I had an Elgato Wave XLR and did some EQ'ing with their software.

Now with the Bridge Cast One I am attempting to add a high pass filter in the EQ settings but there doesn't seem to be a way to really achieve this, or am I just missing it?
