Why don't Albury (or Wodonga) have any sister cities?

Just from a quick flick through the list on Wiki, nearly all cities and plenty of smaller towns/LGAs around Aus have at least one sister city agreement with someplace overseas. But as far as I can tell, AlburyCity and the Wodonga Council don't seem to have any...

Anyone got any idea why this might be? Was it a deliberate decision not to bother with something that heaps of other councils do? Or maybe no other cities reached out in the first place? And just for a laugh, what are some towns around the world you think might fit the vibe of being a sister city of Albury and/or Wodonga? :)

It was brushed over in the show and not mentioned on The Layover, so... Why exactly is Gateway Arch a national park?

I assumed it was due to some random historical quirk from the early days of the arch, but turns out it actually only became a national park in 2018! The Republican senator for Missouri brought a bill before Congress to change it from a "National Expansion Memorial" to a National Park, which was signed into law by Trump in his first term. Asking as a non-Usonian, why did legislators from the rest of the country agree to make such a small urban area a national park, and why didn't other monuments in other parts of the US try do the same thing?
