New to PD - thoughts on products/routine?

Hi all, I have never had PD before but after some research I'm pretty positive this is what my skin is currently dealing with. I've been using Differin adapalene .1% for the past 5 months and recently introduced Paula's Choice AZA, and I believe it was too much for my skin barrier. I've now totally stopped the actives, and just picked up these items this morning:

  • Avene cicalfate restorative cream
  • Good Molecules hypochlorous acid spray
  • De La Cruz sulfur ointment mask
  • + a flouride-free, mint-free, SLS-free toothpaste

I do already use Sofie Pavitt clean cleanser, so I'm going to stick with that.

Any thoughts on this protocol? Any other suggestions? Thank you in advance!

ISO owner of a dog named Ansel

Hello! I am trying to get in contact with Pablo, the owner of a medium sized black & white dog (who I think was named Ansel) and was walking down Buena Vista St in the North side of town this morning. If you are him or you know him, please DM me! Thank you 🙏

Hi, I'm 32F moved to a very dry high altitude climate about a year ago and my skin is still adjusting. I've had hormonal acne for the past decade and have gone off spiro. I have a very simple routine, cleansing at night with Sophie Pavit clean green, using differin .1% every other night, and moisturizing with the very simple Almond Clear.

Recently I have also been using Rhode's milk (ceramides) and glazing fluid (peptides) but feel like I need to step it up with more serious skincare. I'm looking for recs to replace these two Rhode products with lux / more serious versions. Any recs?
