Ever since I got this wheel, certain dashboards won't pop up on my screen, is there any way to fix this?

I recently bought the drone from a friend who unfortunately lost the charger, but said I could charge it with USB-C. After looking into it, I've read that the charger must be above 65 W output for some reason whenever I plug in the drone the only thing that lights up is the blue light on the top instead of the battery light blinking even though my charger is 65 W.
