I have two cats and I use the Tidy Cats Breeze litter pellet system. I switched from traditional clay litter because I couldn’t stand how much it tracked everywhere. I’m paranoid though that my house smells like cat. I scoop the boxes daily and the pellets get completely replaced about every 2 weeks. I also change the pee pad in the drawer about twice a week. During a deep clean, I dump everything out and spray and scrub it clean. I am wondering if there’s a better system though that I could be trying out to control smell even better. I have a litter genie where all the scooped waste goes into. What’re your recommendations? Stainless steel? Does that work with pellets?

My partner and I are planning a trip to Italy to elope with a group of close friends. I’m looking for recommendations for where to find a wedding dress that is easy to travel with and comfortable to wear while adventuring around. I love lace and boho looks. I’m still early in the wedding dress shopping process. I don’t want something that looks too casual, but also not something like a ball gown. Ideally I’d like to keep the cost under 2.5k if possible. I’ve been on 100mg of Zoloft for over ten years now. My providers and I decided to give Prozac a try instead. My doctor prescribed me 40mg and said I can just stop the Zoloft and start the Prozac the next day, no taper involved. I’m a bit nervous about that. Anyone make a direct switch like that between the two?

Can anyone recommend a good psychiatrist or psych NP for medication management? Finally deciding to seek out additional support for my OCD. I already have a therapist but am looking for a prescriber. I’m open to outside of the north shore too. Thanks!
