My former friend bought lentils and mix dal and I have no idea what to make. I dont recall what recipes these are used for. Any help is appreciated

I am taking lamictal and have been for 2 months. I started taking 100mg a month ago or so. Lately I have been noticing it wearing off by evening and not having as much of an appetite as I used to have. I am only eating maybe two meals a day if that. Has anyone else had this? Do I need to increase to 200?

I want to prevent the app from tracking my husbands drives while I am a passenger because he is making the app think I am going faster than I am and his drives are getting mixed with mine. I dont mind turning it back on to track my drives. Even switching the toggle to passenger isnt working. How do I prevent it from tracking his drives and only mine?

I donated 7/15 and had to end early because I was getting warm and clammy. I had to stop for the same thing a couple other times before but that was a while ago and I had just come back from a defferal because of a mood stabilizer that I had started. I tried to make an appointment for tomorrow and it says that I've been deffered. I don't know why and the doctor didn't tell me anything about that before I left. I recall that they did a blood test on me as well on that day too. I don't know what is going on as they didn't tell me anything. I checked my email to see if there was a defferel notice since I got one there last time when they deffered me because of my new med but there was nothing there.
