Can’t find my other Instagram account from a second account, even though neither is blocked

I have two Instagram accounts—one private (old account) and one public (new account).
Neither account has blocked the other, but I still can’t find either account by searching the username. If I try to share one profile to the other account through Instagram, it doesn’t show up in the search either.
I also tried commenting on a post using my private account. Then I switched to my public account and opened the same post, but the comment from my private account wasn’t visible at all.
As far as I know, neither account is blocked or restricted.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is this an Instagram bug, some kind of account visibility issue, or is there another reason this could happen? Any suggestions on how to fix it would be appreciated.

Is chemotherapy needed😭😭

My friend was diagnosed with Grade 3 ependymoma around March and underwent gross total resection followed by radiotherapy

He recently went for a routine follow up and the doctor who had advised radiotherapy earlier did not mention anything about chemotherapy

But when he took a second opinion another doctor advised him to get a FISH test done and said that he should take chemotherapy as it could be beneficial for his future outcome

When we thought that is the limit after it everything will be fine he will able to live longer happy life something is keep happening why god😭
