Reactive dog

Hi everyone! I’m looking for some advice on moving into an apartment complex for the first time with my 4 year old mini schnauzer who has some reactivity issues.

Overall my dog Willow is a good dog, she’s very loving, knows basic and trick commands, is able to keep herself entertained, potty trained, leash and off leash trained. However she does have some issues with departure anxiety, territorial, and reactivity.

I have noticed that she only has departure anxiety with me, I still live at home and my mom says that she will whine after I leave for about 15 minutes after I leave and then stop. She is always extremely excited when I get home as well. She is also only territorial when it comes to me. She is not aggressive or violent- she has never bit anyone, it is more so just constantly barking and growing whenever someone gets too close to me, or the house that she is unfamiliar with. She is also very territorial when it comes to other dogs getting to close to me, she is completely fine with cats. As far as reactivity it is only when she sees another dog (mostly dogs larger than her- she’s 16 lbs) she is completely fine on walks seeing cats, people, etc. I am just seeking advice on how to discourage these behaviors and implement new positive behaviors.

There is a month training facility around me that I would be able to send her to if absolutely necessary, however I believe she would do so much better with my training and being home.

Some of her triggers
-dogs
-small kids
- unfamiliar men
-usps/doordash delivery
-Children

I have about a year before I move out, but I want to start training her asap. The last thing I want is to be an annoying neighbor whose dog is constantly barking. Or getting noise complaints about her.
Not taking her is not an option!!! I got her when I was 16 as a ESA and I can confidently say she helps me so much, I don’t know what I would do without her. I also have a 2 year old cat who will be moving with us!

Any advice, tips or recommendations would greatly be appreciated!!!

Bleach art

First ever time doing bleach art, I was wondering if this is good enough to list or would you just allow it to be a practice piece?
Also any tips on how to get better is appreciated!

Need help deciding on decor

Hi everyone! I have made some mock ups of a design for my bathroom, which one looks the best? I am going for a colorful boho style, however I don’t want it to feel crowded or messy. I would also like the sun picture to be the focal point.
