Hi all, I'm looking to get out of my current high school teaching position, it's just not for me. I'm honestly day dreaming about office jobs where I'm not corralling children. Ideally, anything I can do in a hybrid setting would be great, but I'm not picky. My background is in Fine Art but I've worked retail and food service. Any leads would be helpful, or if you have staffing agencies that have been successful for people with creative backgrounds I'd love to know. Thank you for any and all help

I've been teaching high school art for 5 years. I've been using some worksheets as supporting material when teaching the Elements and Principles that I got off TPT but I've wanted to make my own for a little bit. Mostly so that i can organize things a little clearer and use the dyslexia font but I figured before I do that I'd ask you all. Are there any exercises or things you'd want to include on worksheets like these? I want some feedback before I settle in to making anything. I'll make these free/available here if all goes well!

So I asked about my future regarding my career a few weeks back and got the Page of Wands, 9 of Wands, and 6 of cups. Today, I found out I got into the grad program I had applied to and asked my cards about my future at this school and got the exact same pull in the exact same order again! It's freaking me out lol, anyone have this happen and what did it mean for you? Also if you have any takes on this reading, I'd be interested!

I’m an art educator at a private school and I’m desperately trying to transition out of the classroom before next year rolls around. But on top of teaching, 2 clubs, and Yearbook, I have no time to tweak my resume for every single job and keep track of it. Cover letter I spend some time on but still. For every application, when I’m sending out a ton is exhausting on its own. Any suggestions?

(Also I know the clubs and stuff are optional - they used to be fine and then admin stepped in)
