Dreams inside dreams?
Does anyone else have dreams where they are dreaming during their dream? Like inception type dreams. For example last night I had a dream I was with an ex boyfriend then ‘woke up’ and remembered he was dead so it couldn’t have been real and knew I had been dreaming. Then saw my best friend and after chatting for a bit she told me ‘you’re not awake’ then I actually woke up. Very weird feeling curious if anyone else experiences this

Confirmation of peri-menopause and embracing it
34, confirmed my estrogen is dropping and I’m in peri-menopause. Looking forward to when my doc tells me I can officially take out my IUD. Ft tuna and quinoa, Osoyoos grown cherries and perfectly aged gouda 🤤
