Estrogen cream for vaginal dryness?

Spiro has saved my skin, but I’m afraid its wrecked my puss. Has anyone else experienced vaginal dryness or an inability to ~get wet~ when horny or self-lubricate during sex? I’m talking with my doctor about using a topical .2% estriol cream to see if I can get things going down there again, since she’s unwilling to prescribe me actual estradiol at 28 years old.

I know spiro dries you up and all the androgen effects are probably the culprit, especially bc I’m on a very high dose (200mg). My acne is stubborn and comes back whenever we try to lower it.

Any experiences/familiarity with this problem or potential solution would be sooooo helpful!!

Yesintek copay assistance help

Like so many others, my insurance forced the switch from Stelara to Yesintek this year and I had no idea that Yesintek's copay assistance max was only $2,000. Absolutely infuriating, insulting, pathetic etc. compared to Stelara's $20k max for a switch that none of us asked for or can control. But alas...

Has anyone has success with Yesintek's customer service getting them to reset your copay amount or in any way get around that maximum to make this affordable?

Threatening to switch medications? Somehow getting your insurance to cover Stelara again? Has anyone been able to go back on Stelara if the biosimilar didn't work? Any advice or experience would be so helpful.

Melanin inhibitor rec without niacinamide?

I just started the process of prepping for a chemical peel using Platinum Skin Care products and bought their tyrosinase inhibitor, Fade Bright, hoping I'd get lucky and just maybeee the niacinamide wouldn't break me out. But in the last week of using it, three or four deep, painful pimples have started to form and– while I'm gonna give it a few more days– I have a feeling I'm gonna have to find something else.

Anyone have a melanin inhibitor recommendation for me other than hydroquinone? Love HQ and plan to use it again this winter, but need something I don't have to cycle on and off, more similar to Fade Bright. I have Rx Azelaic Acid 15% gel I can use, but it seems like the Alpha Arbutin is doing the majority of the melanin inhibition, not AA.
