My weird Gen X flex (?) on this Gen Z trend.
I cant believe this thing is 35 years old and that I somehow still have it. It saw a lot of nasty birkenstocks in nasty parking lots back in the 90s LOL!

Had a major medical situation at our game tonight and it was a somber reminder to always be ready for a worst case scenario.
Consider taking a minute before games and practices, especially when at unfamiliar fields, to play the "what if" game in your head or with your other coaches.
What is the "what if" game? Simply ask yourself "What if there's a medical emergency during the game?" What will you do? Is there an AED nearby? How long would it take responders to arrive?
You dont need all the answers, but knowing if theres an AED closeby, or if someone has an epipen (or narcan) on them, can literally be the difference between life and death.
Most of us have a first aid kit, but are you ready to respond when something really bad happens?
Have fun, stay safe everyone... and hug your kids.
I only have one suggestion for the next run...
Virtual glowstick > marshmallow > tortilla > glowstick war during the Hood jam.
Thank you.
