Need portfolio review

I'm thinking to start a SIP of 14k in the below listed funds which I've picked based on my research.

Allocation for my 14000 per month SIP:

Bank of India Flexi Cap Fund 4000

Bandhan Small Cap Fund 3000

Edelweiss Mid Cap Fund 3000

UTI Nifty 500 Value 50 Index Fund 2000

Edelweiss US Technology Equity FoF 2000

My investment horizon: 20+ years

Risk tolerance: moderate

App used: Groww

Goal: Generate wealth over long term (a bit aggressively)

Why these funds and Where I'm confused:

  1. For flexi cap I've picked BOI because of good recent record. I didn't pick HDFC or PPFAS because of their high AUM size, thinking that their high size wouldn't allow them to deliver higher returns in long term.

  2. I picked Quant flexi cap purely on basis of its good rolling returns but then read about its governance issues and it kind of worried me. Later then I picked BOI.

  3. I picked Edelweiss Mid Cap because it's the only fund that has actively beaten it's benchmark 62% of the time.

  4. I picked it UTI N500 V50 index fund for the value factor in my portfolio.

  5. I picked Edelweiss tech for international exposure and I believe US tech will grow more in the future.

Need advise related to early release

I'm in PBS BU and It's been a week since I'm on notice period. I'm on bench and as of my my LWD is 31st July. However, I've another opportunity in hand and their joining is from 6th July which can't be changed due to some reason.

After resigning I had a call with my HR BP and she told me that they're not processing any early release requests.

How can I navigate in this situation? Should I wait atleast till June in hope that they offer me an early release or should I take some action? Idk please guide me, this would be my first switch.

Can my people manager reduce my notice period directly?

I'm planning to resign but I can't serve more than 60days due to another opportunity. I'm on bench and my people manager has already agreed for early but she's asking to confirm with HR first who by the way isn’t responding. Can someone guide me in the same regard.
