For some odd reason I don't remember going into a new cycle in my main load since im 100% sure I only finished the game once. I never battled the same bosses twice. So at some point I must've pressed new cycle, but I never started a new story, it just brought me back in to the current (finished) story?

I’d like to speak with a FACEIT admin who can provide a clear and reasoned response.

I am submitting this ticket because I was banned 7 days for “verbal abuse.” I have documentation of the messages in question, which included words like “hiding” and “rat.” From my perspective, this does not violate FACEIT’s policies or code of conduct.

I tried to address this with Lavida, explaining that I did not believe I had broken any rules. However, my tickets keep getting closed without any proper explanation. The only response I receive is along the lines of “that’s just how it is,” which feels dismissive and unhelpful.

I have been a premium user for several years, and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a clear explanation for a ban like this. Especially when I don't feel like I am in the wrong.
