I recently bought a refurbished 2DS off ebay. Came in excellent condition with only a faint scratch on one screen & another on the front shell. I thought everything was great after testing buttons & screen, so i put a skin on it & then i realized there’s a rattling noise. I believe it’s the volume dial that is causing this. Is this normal &/or easily fixable? Or should i return it?

I’ve recently returned to DS gaming after owning an original DS in my childhood, & purchased a lightly used Original 3DS XL, re-shelled it with OEM parts & bought a bunch of games. I am in love with this device. However, I noticed my hand cramps immensely after only playing for about an hour each day. I got this crappy grip off amazon for $10 but it doesn’t seem to help. My hands are average sized for a man. Anybody have any recommendations for a grip that could allow more comfortable gameplay? Budget is about $100. Or should I get a different console like a New 3DS XL, 2DS, 2DS XL, or normal sized 3DS that has a better selection of comfortable grips for somebody with average sized hands for a man? I’d appreciate any help
