[Update 1] Home-made Killzone Volkus for Killteam: Primed and Base coated

I'm back with some more work on my Kill Team Volkus project. The sizes seem to be pretty accurate, +/- 1cm per piece.

I'm happy enough that I'm going to try a the Deadly Sniper Joint OPs out tomorrow.

I'm hoping to get some painting done soon, but I'm getting ready to move so it may be a while before I post another update.

WIP Killzone Volkus build

Here are some pics of my Killzone: Volkus terrain for playing 40k Kill Team.

I will be adding details, but for now I can at least play 😂

First Kill Team Game for two Noobs. Map suitability

I'm curious if this will be an okay layout to try our first match. I have played a few games of 40K, so I understand the gaming basics. The shipping containers are 3" high

My main questions are: should I play with more Objectives and should we use OPS? I find there's a lot of rules to remember as is and I figured it would be easier to learn if we cut out some things for the first game.

(I have some ruins terrain with upper floors at 4", I wasn't sure if I should include in the starter game)

Thanks for any advice
