Creamy avocado pasta sauce! 🥑
With caramelized tofu and zucchini and some peas for brightness. Topped with peri peri seasoning!
Avocado sauce was super simple:
Blend one avocado, oat milk to taste, splash of coconut aminos, splash of acv (or lemon juice), salt, pepper.

Hi!!! I am looking for a studio (or one bedroom - unlikely, I know haha) in Bucktown, Logan Square, Ukrainian, Village, etc.
Mid June-July 1st move date.
I have two cats and my budget is $1,600.
I have a LOT of plants, so lots of natural light is a necessity.
Work is right off the blue line so proximity to that is a plus, too.
