I never had the 4K Cable Converter Wifi. I don't know why it was assigned to me, because I never had TV service with Comcast, only internet. I need this removed from my account. Also I can't access my account online or through the Xfinity app - everything regarding the account from my current address has been deleted.

Hello - I am new at this. Ruckus system with 2 APs installed (1 for upstairs and 1 for downstairs) when bought the Lennar home. Currently running 1 gig xfinity internet. I get about 1 gig on Speed test wired. Speed test with the ruckus WiFi connection is only 200-300mb. Speed test with the xfinity WiFi connection is 900 mb when I’m downstairs by the router.

Please help on how to fix the slow connection for the ruckus WiFi. Thank you in advance!

As I am new to torbox. Just bought the essential plan for one year. I am trying to understand the usage for streaming only.

I was using RD for years until now. With torbox on Stremio, I know there is a 10tb limit for each month. Earlier today I was trying to watch a show using torrentio, clicked on a link and a blue screen pop up with a message “torrent is currently downloading”. I then X out the link and proceeded to a different link. I tested the next two links and it worked. I let the show played for about 3 seconds then x out. However when I went to check my usage on the torbox site, it says I’d already used 5 gigs. My question is why is it 5 gigs when I didn’t even watch anything yet?
