Looking for recos for Nike Court Shoe.

For context, I have really wide feet. I wear a size 13US sa sneakers ng Nike. Size 13US mainly because of the width of my feet and toebox.

Baka may ma reco kayo na comes in wider than usual for Nike Court Shoes para hindi na ako masyado mag upsize specially that I will be using it for sports. I’m worried if may upsize ako di na siya super stable and fit since ang laki ng sobra na length if I go the usual size 13s.

Help your girlie out. Malapit na masira Vomero ko since yun ginagamit ko for the meantime. 😭

The meals will be good for 1 week, 3 meals a day. Preferably kanang maluto niya all this for 1 day then i-freezer ra dayon.

New user here. I’m currently on 2.5mg. What do you guys do pag bumabalik yung food noise sa 5th to 7th day? I mean nandun parin yung mas mabilis ka mabusog kesa usual but less pronounced and mas nakakaramdam na ako ng severe gutom during the tail end of the week. Does updosing help? I’ve also heard about split dosing. Let me know your thoughts guys. Thanks!
