Literally.
Ima try and keep this short as possible. I’m 33 and live w my parents after divorce. Been here a year or more. My sister lost her home and moved in like 7 months ago.
She’s an alcoholic big time and leaves me her responsibilities like every day so she can spend time at the bar. I have called in to my own job multiple times because I’m stuck at home with her 4 year old. I’m on probation rn and have missed a few meetings w my PO due to having her kid. I take care of her massive Great Dane as well. Some nights she gets home between midnight and 2am, loud and obnoxious. She can’t get up in the morning to take her 8 year old to school so I end up doing it while I take my 8 and 9 year old to school.

I had been diagnosed with BPD years ago and have been trying to tell her that I’m sure her and I have the same issues and that she needs to talk with someone because she has a problem. Half the time she’s open to hear what I have to say but most times I say something that triggers her anger.

I filed a police report today because a 15 year old girl assaulted my 9 year old girl last night at our neighborhood park. So tonight, after 3 days of straight drinking, she comes home and asks what is happening with that situation and I’m trying to tell her, she’s just being her and cutting me off so my daughter tries to speak and she kinda tried to blame my girl for it “cuz she should know better”. I got upset, told her to chill and go away cuz I didn’t appreciate how she was making my daughter feel.
30 mins go by, and her 4 year old is wondering the house calling out for his mom. She likes to lay him down w the tv on and she goes out back to chat to whoever on the phone and drink by herself. I usually care for the boy and get him settled but tonight I just opened the back door and said your mommy is out there. She comes in, kicks my son out of the living room, talking shit about bedtime and how she’s tired of watching what he was watching, so fine whatever, my baby came back to my room. I go into the living room a few minutes later looking for my charger and so I move her stuff out of the chair to find it and she says oh you’re not leaving me with your kid. Kinda pissed me off, not what I was doing so I pop off a little, words were exchanged. I’m in the kitchen finishing my food and she’s still just jacking her jaws, blah blah blah. She said I need to quit eating her food then. (( our oldest sister just bought us food with her Foodstamps, so it wasn’t even technically her food. And mind you, my oldest sister has lived in my parents second home for almost a decade with bo job and not paying rent. So she did it in exchange cuz my parents are struggling. Dad needs a liver transplant and dbl knee replacement and my mom had to go back to work at almost 70 years old)) ANYWAYS I threw that shit in the trash and said she is the reason why her kids are shitty. Unkind and uncalled for I know. But she puffed up all big and bad and got in my face and hit me, so I hit her back. When I did, her big ass fucking dog attacked me. My 2 kids come in screaming at her telling her to get off their mom and their both crying and I’m scared cuz I have my sister and her dog on me and my kids are trying to break it up, I was scared they’d get bit too. So I’m telling her to get her fucking dog and after I got ahold of him by his collar she was saying oh I wonder why he’d attack you dumb bitch, sarcastically like trying to blame me for the attack. Everyone in the house is in there now, moms yelling, kids crying. I get my kids in the room, and go look at my wounds in the bathroom mirror and sister comes in talking shit, until she sees that I’m bleeding and she is then surprised like omg why would he do that to you?! I kept yelling at her cuz now I’m fucking pissed off and she takes off to our older sisters place with her boy and her dog.
