Location: Nevada. I purchased a brand new 2026 Kia vehicle Nov 2025. The car was deemed a lemon by Feb 2026. Kia and myself mutually agreed to a replacement April 2026. Kia has yet to replace the vehicle. My car's defect is well documented in Reddit forums, Facebook, ect by other customers. How are car manufactures legally allowed to sell product with known issues without being sued? In addition, how come there are no set legal time limits that car manufactures have to execute replacement for faulty vehicles?
