Thinking of changing my career path from Dental Hygiene to Radiography/Sonography

I originally wanted to go into Dental Hygiene and Therapy, but recently I’ve been seriously considering going into Radiography and eventually Sonography as a new career path. The main reason I’m reconsidering dental hygiene is that I personally don’t think I’d enjoy doing the same type of tasks repeatedly. I currently work alongside dental hygienists every week, so I’ve been able to see what the job is actually like day to day. While I really respect the profession, I’m starting to realise that the repetitive nature of the work might not suit me long term and also the physical drain on my body in the future . I’m now looking into radiography because I genuinely enjoy helping people, working with patients and being in a healthcare environment, and I like the idea that the role can involve different situations rather than doing essentially the same procedure throughout the day. Then there’s sonography, which really interests me because I love the idea of using technology to look inside the body and actually help with diagnosing/assessing patients. I also like that it combines healthcare, tech and having to think critically rather than just following the same routine.

I’m still researching everything and haven’t made a final decision yet.
For anyone who works in radiography, sonography or dental hygiene especially in the UK what is your experience actually like day to day? Do you find your work repetitive, or does it have enough variety to keep things interesting?
I’d really appreciate hearing from people who are actually in these professions, especially anyone who has moved from one healthcare career into another.

Are market stalls a good way to make money?

I’ve been thinking about starting a small business through market stalls selling wellness drinks , but I’m getting quite mixed opinions about whether they’re actually profitable. I’d love to hear from people who have experience with this.
I’m considering doing it myself, but I don’t really know what the profit to loss ratio is like once you factor in things such as stall fees, stock/products, packaging, transport, card payment fees and any other costs. I’m wondering whether the potential profit is actually worth the time and money you put into it.
For anyone who has done market stalls before was it profitable for you? How much did you roughly spend to get started, and were there any unexpected costs you didn’t consider at first?
Would really appreciate hearing about your experiences both good and bad!

How do you handle friendships when your relationship with God changes?

Hello everyone this may be really out of the blue but I'm not really sure what to do and I'd appreciate advice from anyone who has been in a similar situation.
I'm a naturally caring person and I find it really hard to let go of people especially family and friends, even when I know we're starting to want different things from life. Most of my friends enjoy drinking and going to clubs but honestly it doesn't interest me. I don't want that to be my future and I don't want to force myself to enjoy things just because everyone around me does. Don't get me wrong they're honestly such kind people but it's like I'm looking straight through them if that makes sense. At the same time I feel like if I were to stay friends with them they would just say I'm being boring and I need to "live my life".
Recently, I've also been looking more into Catholicism and it's really interested me. I was brought up Anglican, but I've started exploring Catholicism because I feel like I want to take my faith more seriously and grow closer to God.Im not perfect with it yet but this is exactly why I feel like it's like a huge leap to let go of what's not good for ne and just tocus. really want to be around people who have similar goals and values to me, people who want to grow and have a genuine relationship with God. But I'm finding it difficult to meet people like that around me and my age group.
Part of me knows that being alone for a while might actually be good for me and give me the space to grow into the person I want to become. But emotionally, it's difficult to let go of people I've known for years.
Has anyone else been through something similar, especially when it comes to friendships changing as your faith becomes more important to you? How did you deal with the loneliness and find people who shared your values?
