“Mini Magnolias”
I don’t know why that it bothers me. These girls are all over 20 but they’re portrayed or acting like 14 year olds. I wish the writers would treat them like adults instead of children.
This show use to be a cozy small town nostalgia and now its all CRINGEY. Every scene is not cohesive. And. They. Talk. Like. This.
I’ve been watching this series since they first started and I’m really upset with the direction it’s going
*Editing to add* - I understand they are suppose to be like 18 in the show. In real life they are like 24. The script is written like 14 year olds having a conversation. Hearing someone 24 speak like they are 14 is just hard for me to grasp onto their characters. It sounds so unnatural when they speak since this is probably not the dialogue they use in real life.
