Which foundation shade looks better?

Question for the pale girlies:
How do you get your makeup to match your neck without washing you out? Do you put something under your foundation to make it look more like skin?

- #1 is Patrick Ta in 4 golden.
- #2 is Patrick Ta foundation in 4 golden with a hint of blue mixer and a pinch of red mixer (RCMA cream mixer palette) to make it less yellow

#1 looks good against my neck but I find it washes me out and looks too light with a flash. In general, in most lighting, I find that it ages me and makes me look a little sick. I need to use alot of cheek products to make it work.
#2 makes me look more alive and I find it more flattering on my aging skin (33) and it looks perfect in flash photography, but it looks a bit too dark against my neck.

Makeup used:

Primer on T zone: Smashbox photo finish
Foundation: Patrick Ta luminous foundation in 4 golden
Colour correcting: graftobian corrector light
Contour: nyx wonderstick in shade fair
Brows: nyx the brow glue
Powder: elf halo glow loose powder

Look #1:
Concealer: mac pro longwear NC20 with some Tower 28 in shade BH to brighten it up.
Lip liner: pupa true lips shade 4

Eyeliner: NYX jumbo in shade milk
Eyeliner: marcelle waterproof eyeliner in shade electric blue
Base: oulac cream shadow stick in shade 18
Eyeshadow: jeffrey star jawbreaker palette (I wouldn’t purchase from him now, but I bought this a long time ago)
Glitter: glitter puck by halk magic in shade cyber diamond
Colourpop glitter gel in shade moonlight legend

Look #2
Lips and cheeks: heart percent lip stain in #4 (the name is in korean lettering so idk what it’s called exactly)
Blush: the balm “thebalmfire” in shade pre-party
More blush: clinique cheek pop shade 04 plum pop
Eye liner: essence satin blend 05
Eyeshadow: cheeryep palette in stolen hearts

look #3 (smokey look)
Mostly the same products.
Lips: inglot in shade 411

Foundation shade dilema

- #1 is Patrick Ta foundation in 4 golden with a hint of blue mixer and a pinch of red mixer (RCMA cream mixer palette)
- #2 is Patrick Ta in 4 golden just as is.

My dilemma is that the foundation shade itself is a great match when compared to my neck in natural light, but I feel like it ages me and washes me out. (It’s not bad in this photo, but in general I’ve been feeling not the best about it in various lighting). And with the flash it is definitely looking too light. When I mix some red and blue in it (#1 photos), I feel like the shade is much more flattering and I look younger and more alive. It also matches perfectly with my neck in flash photography. However, it looks orange in daylight next to my neck.

Any tips?
I suppose I just wanted to know which one is better on me.

Seeing Hunter Schafer in Euphoria season 3 is sending me down a rabbit hole of facial dysmorphia, literally considering surgery for the first time.
It seems like almost every time we get a beautiful female celebrity with hooded eyes to look up to for inspiration, they end up getting some form of eye or brow surgery. Emma stone, Jennifer Lawrence, Zoe Kravitz, just to name a few. Can people please share some beautiful makeup looks on hooded eyes, so we can all feel inspired?

Im looking for this kind of matte greyish neutral purple colour eyeshadow. Preferably not one that comes in a huge palette. (Something that can fit in an average sized makeup bag)

Something buttery that blends well.

Any suggestions?
