I used to fish a good bit as a kid but always using bobbers and worms. Well in the past 2-3 years, I've decided to get into using lures and artificial baits and different stuff. Well, I've spent a LOT of money, and the consumerism is real. I have caught 4 bass, one is on my profile. But haven't caught anything in 2 years other than going back to a bobber and worms I've caught some panfish. At this point, I don't care what I catch but I just want to catch something with lures and artificial baits. I want to just mimic a fish and catch something. I've bought so much stuff, I don't even know what's the right or wrong thing to use anymore.

I've given myself too many options.

So I want to narrow my options and I need help.

I want you guys to help me choose up to 5 lures. Just to catch something.

I want a rod weight and speed.

Any line type and weight. And leaders.

I just need to take a step back and actually learn how to fish. Not how to buy fishing gear.
