The apartment is located in North Campus, just a short walk from UT Austin and close to restaurants, coffee shops, and other campus amenities.

For some background, I originally signed this lease because I was planning to attend UT Austin for graduate school. Unfortunately, those plans changed after I had already secured housing, and living in Austin is no longer feasible for me. As a result, I am looking for someone to take over the lease.
