How much do we really expect to bounce back after Wednesday?

I don’t know much about the Korean leverage but how long will that last? It seems like the market doesn’t care about earnings or increased capex spending and is now focused on longevity of the stock. I got options ending on 8/21 for 1170. In not sure if I should sell it on Thursday opening tbh.

Yeah, it might be finished for awhile

Good news over the weekend. KOSPI closes green. Several deals and still manage to drop from 960 pre market to under 900. If Wednesday fails to bring up MU on Thursday then idk what will until next earnings.

Look into your crystal ball..

How’s everyone feeling about Monday with US not striking yesterday after 13 days and both the Nvidia & Samsung deals. Is it feeling like a green Monday?

Stick to your gut n convictions man..

Honestly want to feel better by seeing if anyone else can share their moments where they backed out last second on a trade that costed them a lot.

THIS IS LONG BUT:

I was getting fucked up all month because of coming back into the market after a 6 year hiatus and choosing losers.

First I chose Nvidia because of hype and just bought a month long call hoping to get a quick 10% return. I didn’t know it had earnings and it tanked so I lost 1700.

Then I made it back with Nokia calls and lost it by stupidly putting it into meme stock SPCE calls out of FOMO.

THEN I decided to say fk it and play with the big boys at micron cause big money makes big money right? I full ported into AMD, Broadcom MU and MUU with margin along with an option on MU because I seen Nvidia ran up to earning and hoped that MU would do the same. VERY DUMB DECISION MAKING IK

Broadcom announce their earnings which called a sector wide dip resulting in me losing 12k in like 12 days unrealized. I decided to cut my losses at 8k loss with 13k left.

I started doing some homework on MU and now out of all the gambles I should’ve made, I didn’t and lost out on a 90k potential profit because I didn’t want to lose my last 13k and took the safe route with shares just in case. I still made 1k but damn.. I hate being a what if guy but all month I’ve really been saying “my moment is coming” and when it came knocking.. I decided to not open 🥲.

For anyone saying at least I didn’t lose money. Honestly, I think it hurts more I didn’t trust my gut on buying 10 of these at 2pm because I truly beliveeeeeddddd the earnings were going to be great. I then let all the noise stop me from betting on what I believed in:

  1. The extreme need for data not ending anytime soon

  2. The market dipped 20% before the report which is already a buying opportunity.

  3. The partnership on Monday

  4. The already sold 2026 inventory locked in

  5. And my own personal “sign” being that all I’ve been hearing this month is “data” “storage” “ram” needs…

The stars aligned man..

I just needed to rant and feel better if anyone else has suffered like this before.

Thank you.

I just suck at this game.

Start date: 6/2

Initial investment - 20k + 18k margin so 38k

Bought in ATH for MUU along with a 6/26 1260 call option for $45.

Bought ATH for AMD and Broadcom as well.

After I bought, immediate conductor sell off causing me to lose 11k before EOW. I held on hoping for a miracle for my option. Margin got close to calling so I sold some AMD and MUU WHEN I SHOULDVE FUCKIN SOLD THE BROADCOM.

So… the stock is bouncing up and down $50-100 per day, I think “hey, let me sell them for the high today and rebuy when it drops again to recoup some money.” As soon as I sold, all the stocks except for Broadcom explode up…

Sold my contract for $23 to try and save face since it dropped so much and I didn’t think MU would run back up this much.

If I had just held on instead of trying to flip the stocks that day.. I’d be up like 5k now maybe idk..

IF I HAD JUST WAITED 1 WEEK! Before my thoughts.., I’d be up a cool 30k most likely..

Forgot to mention: I used my savings because I wanted to put the money to work. My 401k is great though. I just hate how I was basically a week early with my thought process and how I didn’t hold through margin getting close to calling.

NO CRYING IN THE CASINO!

Mold or dust?

Or is it just dry soil? I know it’s bioactive so it’s expected i put 2 cultures of springtails along with isopods in here almost 2-3 weeks ago but a lot of soil but am just curious to this. I have a mister go off several times a day but am not trying to make the soil too damp. Any thoughts?
