Had some strawberries from the market I wanted to do something with and this recipe seemed simple enough! Came together in less than 10 minutes (minus baking). Served it room temp with some Chantilly, 10/10 will make again!
Made these tonight and man oh man they were fantastic! I don't have a BBQ (apartment life) and I felt these were such a good option to have some ribs at home! I added some cayenne to the spice rub and it gave it a perfect hint of heat, something I think the recipe probably needs! Braised for about 2 hours and they were so freaking tender. Really happy with this recipe and will definitely make again! Served with some mac n cheese and was a great dinner!
