Suggest me a good fertilizer (beginner)

Suggest me a good fertilizer (beginner)

I had my Monstera for over 5 months now and I had cut 1 leaf before because of yellowing later there was a new half leave growth now there was a full new leaf (top leaf is new) but 1 particular leaf (photo) seems to dry out. I asked ChatGPT and watch few videos, they said if plant doesn't get enough minerals from soil it will suck from existing old leaf for new growth. I'm not sure but it could be true because only this specific leaf is browning.

Help me revive my Rubber Plant

I bought a rubber plant a month back. After around 2 weeks, it became mushy. When I checked the soil, it was very clay-like red soil, so I repotted it with coco peat.

It’s been 18 days since repotting, but I still don’t see any improvement.

I watched a lot of videos, asked both ChatGPT and Claude, and most of them say “don’t do anything” but the videos weren’t really useful for my situation.

Initially, I kept it near my entry doorway where it got medium light. Around 8-9 days ago, I moved it near my Monstera so it can get better light.

I’m honestly worried and don’t want it to die.

What should I do now? Should I just leave it alone or take some action?

Anything and everything that could help would really mean a lot.
