Should I worry about this little guy?

This Is My Summer tire for my SUV... I drive it just enough to do one oil change a year. Usually 10 or 15 Mi trips when I need to haul a trailer.

I sprayed some soapy water on it and it hasn't started leaking in about 3 years... I could use a tire repair kit and fix it right now. But I'm not even certain it actually punctured the tire since it's so small I think it could probably stay?

Thoughts?

Edit: pulled it out... It was sideways in the tread block and there's no leaks, soapy water and not a bubble after 5 minutes.

For shits and giggles I wanted to print a functional part out of abs and I thought I'd give my ender3 an opportunity... And this is the very first generation of Ender 3, with a few mods of course.

I tried about six times until I found the right combination... It seems like the best build plate was garolite aKA G10... Ironically it's also on the underside of the original Ender 3 build Tack Surface.

My settings were cranked up to 300 mm/s speed and 5,000 mm/s^2 acceleration. This whole print took me 23 minutes including bed leveling.

I'm going to have to try something bigger lol... The best part is this is an end of a roll random abs that came with a 3D printer I got from Facebook Marketplace... I didn't dry it I didn't clean it I just decided to send it.

I never thought this would work but I'm tickled pink that it did.
