What's the safest way to get permanent fangs?

Basically title. New to body modding, and it's something I've wanted for ages, but I know there's safe ways to get permanent fangs done that don't cause issues later on, so I'm curious what the best method would be to get them? I'm only looking to have my canines done

What seatbelts were used on the Rocinante's flight deck chairs?

I know it's a 5 point harness of some form, but I'm having trouble finding ones that only have 3 points that latch into the release mechanism. I've tried looking at AmSafe straps, as I did notice pre-tensioners from them on the back of the chair, but the latch mechanism doesn't match what AmSafe offers.

Edit: I am using the images from the PropStore listing as primary reference
