2bhk flat

Hi, so we're two girls looking for a 2bhk around safdarjung, malviya nagar, chirag delhi, lajpat nagar, mandi house.

We started looking a month back and got one in chhatarpur in haste, it's been horrible. I feel like i live so far away from civilization, the commute is a headache because of the metro construction, and the experience with people here has been even worse, not generalising but because of those instances i don't want to live here anymore.

Budget is up to 38k-40k. I'm aware i won't get a luxurious flat in that range but I'd rather have safety. Please reach out if you know a trusted broker or know any flat that is going to get vacated in the next month or two.
